Mornings are the new evenings

Since I've been too tired after work to do anything productive (really, just going to the gym), I've decided that I will go to the gym in the morning instead. Today has been the first execution of this plan, and I think it's gonna work.

Usually I get up at 7 to get ready for work at 8. I like to go in to work as early as possible in order to leave as early as possible so I feel like I don't waste my entire day. This has worked for the most part except that this means I have to wake up early and I usually end up being too tired at the end of the work day to go to the gym. If I get up later in order to get more sleep, I end up leaving work later and by that time I'm still either too tired or too hungry to go to the gym. So instead, I'm going to get up semi-early (8:00) and go to the gym for 30-45 minutes and then go to work at 10 and leave at 6. This allows me to feel like I haven't wasted my day, cause I went to the gym and it lets me relax after work.

Hopefully, I will continue to follow my plan.

you could get up earlier and get even more time at the gym! Just to minimalize your acheivement, i went on a 2 hour thirty minute bike ride today. i just calculated it - it's about 1400 calories. I think I deserve a dove bar!
